Dr. Waxman generally follows the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide for Anesthesia Specialists.   An estimate for fees is always provided to you for your complete understanding.  Additionally, full mouth rehabilitation is completed in ONE appointment asleep for Children.

Payment for consultations and surgery is due on the day the service is rendered.

Payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, Debit and cash.

If you have private dental insurance, please bring your detailed insurance information with you.  We will happily assist you with your claims for timely reimbursement from your insurance company.  This usually takes a few days.  Please remember, payment in full is required on the day the service is rendered.

Kindly note that dental insurance is based on an agreement between you, your employer and your insurance provider.  We are unable to intervene with your insurance provider on your behalf.

Healthy Smiles Ontario is a Government of Ontario initiative that covers dental treatment for children living in Ontario whose parents or guardians cannot otherwise afford treatment.  Dr. Waxman is pleased to accept all Government Assistance (Healthy Smiles Ontario) insurance for children in Ontario. Please bring your HSO program information and number for your child to the consult and appointment.  Dr. Waxman helps ALL children in need of dental work asleep.

Our office gladly provides information on how patients can apply to receive the benefit for their children who are eligible.
